Renee Hunt, SHRM-CP, PHR

With over 25 years of human resources experience in manufacturing environments, Renee has been a key part of Derby’s success for the past two decades. As Director of Human Resources, she oversees the recruitment, retention, and development of the talented workforce that powers Derby’s operations. 

Renee is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University. 

Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on UofL sports teams.
