Diana Herold, CPA

With over 25 years of professional experience in finance and operations, Diana has been a driving force behind Derby’s growth and success for more than two decades. Before stepping into the role of President and CEO, she served as VP of Finance and Chief Operating Officer, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategies and operational efficiency. 

Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Louisville and is an active member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs. Her commitment to community service is reflected in her six years of involvement with the South Oldham Rotary, including three years as a board member, as well as her previous role as a board member of YMCA Safe Place Services in Louisville, KY. 

Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active with spin classes, and cheering on the UofL Cardinals.
