Derby Industries LLC Makes New 3PL Acquisition
Derby Industries, LLC dba Derby Supply Chain Solutions acquired Network Imaging Solutions, Inc. on December 31st, 2015. NIS is an Iowa based 3PL and sub-assembly company doing business in the appliance and print industries. NIS has been in business since 1995 and will continue to operate under the NIS name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Derby. “NIS is a good fit with Derby’s core competencies and overall culture. We are very excited to welcome NIS as part of the Derby Team,” stated Diana Herold, President, Derby LLC.
NIS will continue to operate independently, retaining current staff and processes. Already a strong competitor in 3PL, assembly and warehousing; NIS will become a valuable asset to the continued growth of Derby Supply Chain Solutions.
